Requirements
  • A first experience in the medical sector, ideally in home care, is required.
  • Knowledge of medical devices to be installed in patients' homes is required.
  • Ability to install and retrieve medical equipment is required.
  • Ability to train and inform patients and their relatives about using medical equipment at home is required.
  • Ability to periodically check the operation of medical devices installed in patients' homes is required.
  • Ability to clean, inspect, and disinfect medical devices is required.
  • The role requires professionalism, empathy, active listening, organization, autonomy, rigor, and seriousness.
Responsibilities
  • Provide care and support to patients in their homes according to company procedures and participate in disinfection activities.
  • Verify that the medical devices provided are compliant and correspond to the scheduled route.
  • Install medical equipment according to the customer's request and agreed patient deadlines, and verify that it functions properly.
  • Train the patient and/or caregiver to use the installed medical equipment.
  • Explain the service process and verify that it is properly understood.
  • Report technical, administrative, and other difficulties encountered during patient interventions internally and externally.
  • Periodically check the proper functioning of medical equipment in accordance with regulations.
  • Retrieve the medical devices provided to the patient at the end of treatment.
  • Deliver and collect medical devices at pharmacies for patients when required.
  • Occasionally intervene to address a malfunction of a medical device.
