- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Hands-on experience in IT technical support or a technical customer-facing role is required.
- Ability to research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and everyday tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks efficiently and work independently in an in-office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a welcoming, customer-focused approach.
- An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check with children's barred list check is required.
- Provide technical assistance to London office teams by resolving hardware, software, network, and account issues.
- Research and resolve help desk support tickets involving hardware, software, and malware.
- Assist with administering Google Workspace, Slack, VPNs, and MyTutor's backend system.
- Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes, training, and internal resources.
- Greet guests, handle incoming deliveries, and organize day-to-day office operations from the Old Street office.
- Serve as the main UK point of contact for day-to-day business needs, coordinate cross-office operations, and route key documentation to US headquarters.
- Lead new-hire onboarding through office tours, day-one desk setups, and welcome support.
- Act as the primary contact for building management and assist with facility needs, health and safety protocols, and fire drills.
- Run ad hoc business errands and assist with general office operational duties.
- A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to anticipating team needs.
