- Document, maintain, and distribute a weekly House Management schedule
- Maintain House Management Calendar of all activity building-wide
- Answer House Management phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Liaise with House Management units to communicate service requests
- Handle and direct inquiries from the public
- Other related duties as assigned
