About the job
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in an operations or business management role.
- A fixed income background, ideally with exposure to Rates, FX, and Emerging Markets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.

- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects.
- Develop and use project management tools to track progress efficiently.
- Measure performance, manage changes to project scope, and escalate or manage issues accordingly.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and third parties to use their knowledge effectively.
- Ensure all parties understand their responsibilities and expectations to mitigate risks.
- Quickly understand project nuances and absorb new information, including product information.
- Carry out other duties as reasonably required.
- Build working relationships with the Rates, FX, and Emerging Markets trading desks and develop knowledge of fixed income products and how they are traded.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
