Role Overview: We’re seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead initiatives that create real value for our customers, such as integrating with third-party data solutions to help our clients focus on driving real impact.

You’ll spot and develop relationships with organizations that align with our goals, enhancing our offerings and expanding our reach.

Responsibilities

• Have a solid grasp of industry trends and market dynamics to identify and seize partnership opportunities.

• Developed frameworks to evaluate and prioritize partnerships based on their impact to customer value such as increased satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.

• Anticipate challenges and address them head-on to keep partnerships running smoothly.

• Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate partnership opportunities, identify risks, and guide decision-making.

• Work with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate partner solutions seamlessly into our platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience making partnerships that prioritize shared goals like resource sharing, technological integration, or joint ventures to create sustainable competitive advantages

• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset.

• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.

• Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong ability to analyze data and insights to inform strategic decisions and develop partner strategies that support customer success.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as investment, business or economics.

• Familiarity with ESG and/or Real Estate sectors is a plus.
