PRÉSENTATION DU POSTE

Le/La Spécialiste Produit & Fitting occupe un poste itinérant au sein de l’équipe Europe du Sud de Callaway Golf. Il/Elle est chargé(e) de faire vivre l’expérience Callaway aux golfeurs, aux professionnels du golf et aux partenaires distributeurs sur l’ensemble du territoire.

Alliant expertise technique du matériel de golf et technologies de fitting de dernière génération, le/la titulaire du poste propose des expériences de fitting sur mesure haut de gamme, fondées sur l’analyse des données, assure la formation produit des partenaires et agit en tant qu’ambassadeur technique de confiance de la marque. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et commerciales de Callaway, il/elle contribue à élever les standards de fitting au sein du réseau de partenaires et veille à ce que chaque golfeur comprenne son matériel et son potentiel.

MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS

Fitting & Performance

·        Organiser et animer des journées de fitting chez les distributeurs partenaires, dans les pro shops et les centres de fitting.

·        Offrir une expérience de fitting premium et personnalisée aux golfeurs de tous niveaux.

·        Utiliser des technologies de pointe, notamment les launch monitors Foresight Sports, afin d’optimiser la performance des joueurs.

·        Analyser les données de lancement, comprendre les caractéristiques du swing et recommander la configuration de club optimale (têtes, shafts et réglages).

·        Présenter les dernières innovations Callaway et démontrer leurs bénéfices en termes de performance.

Formation & Expertise Produit

·        Animer des formations produit dynamiques auprès des partenaires, distributeurs et professionnels du golf.

·        Partager son expertise des technologies Callaway et des fondamentaux du fitting sur mesure.

·        Accompagner les équipes partenaires dans l’utilisation et l’optimisation de leur équipement OptiFit.

·        Conduire des ateliers pratiques, des simulations de fitting et des démonstrations produit.

·        Renforcer les connaissances et la confiance des partenaires afin qu’ils offrent une expérience exceptionnelle à leurs propres clients.

Travail d’équipe & Expérience Terrain

·        Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques et commerciales de Callaway sur l’ensemble du territoire.

·        Contribuer à la planification et à l’organisation des journées de fitting et des sessions de formation.

·        Partager les retours du terrain afin d’améliorer continuellement l’expérience de fitting.

·        Représenter Callaway lors d’événements, de lancements produit et d’activations de marque.

·        Contribuer activement à une équipe internationale dynamique.

COMPÉTENCES (Connaissances, savoir-faire et aptitudes)

·        Passion pour le golf, le matériel de golf et les nouvelles technologies.

·        Solide connaissance du golf, du matériel de golf et des principes du fitting sur mesure.

·        Aisance avec les outils technologiques et l’interprétation des données de performance et de lancement.

·        Excellentes qualités relationnelles et capacité à adapter sa communication à différents interlocuteurs.

·        Autonomie et sens de l’organisation, avec la capacité de gérer seul(e) un planning itinérant.

·        Esprit collaboratif, sens du collectif et volonté de partager ses connaissances.

·        Curiosité, orientation client et envie d’aider les golfeurs à progresser.

·        Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, appréciée dans un environnement international.

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE

·        Une expérience en fitting sur mesure, en enseignement du golf ou dans le secteur du matériel de golf est fortement souhaitée.

·        Une expérience en démonstrations produit ou en formation de partenaires commerciaux constitue un atout.

·        La connaissance des technologies de launch monitor (ex. Foresight Sports) constitue un atout.

·        Permis de conduire valide (indispensable).

EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES / ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL (le cas échéant)

·        Poste itinérant impliquant des déplacements réguliers sur le territoire Europe du Sud.

·        Activité exercée chez les distributeurs partenaires, dans les pro shops, centres de fitting, installations de golf et lors d’événements, y compris en extérieur et sur les practices.

·        Flexibilité pour participer à des événements, lancements produit et activations, pouvant ponctuellement avoir lieu en dehors des horaires de travail habituels.

The Product & Fitting Specialist is a field-based role within Callaway Golf’s Southern Europe team, responsible for delivering the Callaway experience to golfers, golf professionals and retail partners across the territory.

Combining technical golf equipment expertise with the latest fitting technology, the role holder delivers premium, data-led custom fitting experiences, provides product training to partners, and acts as a trusted technical ambassador for the brand. Working closely with Callaway’s technical and sales teams, the role helps raise fitting standards across the partner network and ensures every golfer understands their equipment and their potential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fitting & Performance

·        Organise and deliver fitting days at partner retailers, pro shops and fitting centres.

·        Provide a premium, personalised fitting experience for golfers of all abilities.

·        Use advanced technology, including Foresight Sports launch monitors, to optimise player performance.

·        Analyse launch data, understand swing characteristics and recommend the optimal club set-up (heads, shafts and adjustments).

·        Showcase the latest Callaway innovations and demonstrate their performance benefits.

Training & Product Expertise

·        Deliver engaging product training to partners, retailers and golf professionals.

·        Share expertise in Callaway technologies and the fundamentals of custom fitting.

·        Support partner teams in using and optimising their OptiFit equipment.

·        Lead practical workshops, fitting simulations and product demonstrations.

·        Build partners’ knowledge and confidence so they can deliver an outstanding experience to their own customers.

Teamwork & Field Experience

·        Work closely with Callaway’s technical and sales teams across the territory.

·        Support the planning and scheduling of fitting days and training sessions.

·        Valid driving licence (essential).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)

·        Field-based role requiring regular travel across the Southern Europe territory.

·        Work takes place at partner retailers, pro shops, fitting centres, golf facilities and events, including outdoors and on driving ranges.

·        Flexibility to attend events, product launches and activations, which may occasionally fall outside standard working hours.
