What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • boosting vendor compliance cutting savings erosion improving discount capture using preferred suppliers and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment Responsible for accounting of goods and services through requisitioning purchasing and receiving Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing implementing managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes policies and applications The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices managing purchase and non purchase orders and two way and three way matching of invoices • Refers to the systematic handling and management of incoming invoices within a business or organization. • It involves tasks such as verifying the accuracy of the invoice, matching it with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process. • Automated systems and software are often employed to streamline and expedite the invoice processing workflow, improving efficiency and reducing the likelihood of errors.
What are we looking for? • Relevant years of hands on experience in PTP AP operations • Strong end to end knowledge of the Procure to Pay lifecycle • Good working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems • Strong understanding of PO Non PO invoices GR SES 2 way and 3 way matching invoice blocking payment processing and vendor reconciliation • Strong analytical problem solving and root cause analysis skills • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting • Ability to handle complex exceptions and escalations independently • Strong understanding of controls compliance and process documentation • Serve as backup support for the Team Lead on operational coordination workload prioritization and issue tracking when required • Good stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to coach and guide junior team members • Strong focus on quality accuracy ownership and timely delivery
Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage and support end to end PTP AP operations including invoice processing payment activities reconciliations and exception management • Provide process expertise for PO and Non PO invoices including 2 way and 3 way matching GR SES related exceptions approval issues and payment blocks Three way matching typically validates the PO goods receipt and supplier invoice before payment • Review complex parked blocked rejected aged and exception invoices and drive them toward timely resolution • Perform and oversee vendor statement reconciliations identify mismatches between supplier statements and ERP records and coordinate resolution of outstanding items • Support payment processing by validating invoices approvals payment terms and required supporting documentation before payment • Act as the first point of escalation for complex PTP process queries and operational issues • Monitor operational performance against SLA KPI productivity quality accuracy and ageing targets • Perform quality reviews and identify recurring errors process gaps and compliance risks • Conduct root cause analysis RCA for recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions • Provide process guidance coaching and knowledge support to junior team members • Support preparation and maintenance of SOPs DTPs process documents and knowledge materials • Coordinate with Procurement business users requestors vendors Finance and other stakeholders to resolve PTP exceptions • Support month end activities open item reviews ageing analysis GR IR reconciliation and reporting • Ensure adherence to internal controls segregation of duties approval requirements and compliance procedures Segregation of duties authorization and invoice matching are important P2P controls • Identify opportunities for process improvement standardization and automation • Support audits by providing required transaction details documentation and evidenceBCom,MCom
