Requirements
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success driving performance and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data, systems, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Frequent driving of 30% or more, loading, transporting, and delivering parts and equipment, and meeting driver eligibility requirements.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, type frequently, communicate effectively, occasionally move within the office, lift up to 10 pounds, and safely operate and enter or exit vehicles while working in varied environmental conditions with potential exposure to machinery, noise, and hazardous materials.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage Customer Service Management and Field Service teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Define, track, and drive key performance indicators to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Own Profit and Loss performance for the zone, including revenue growth, budget management, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure Customer Service Management compliance and effectively resolve customer escalations to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Optimize operations through cost-effective strategies, process improvements, and standardized best practices without compromising service quality.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support while providing performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Set clear direction, priorities, and expectations; provide regular feedback; and model organizational values to foster a healthy, trust-based culture of accountability and growth.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a field service or operations environment.
  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Block Imaging refurbishes and resells used medical imaging equipment, along with parts and maintenance services. It acquires imaging devices, refurbishes them to meet safety and performance standards, and provides ongoing service to healthcare facilities. Its ownership by Siemens Healthineers and CommonSpirit Health through a joint venture gives it access to equipment and scale. The goal is to help healthcare facilities access affordable, dependable imaging by extending the life of equipment and supporting financial and technological challenges.
