  • Lead initiatives to streamline operational processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality processes across engineering teams.
  • Align program success metrics with key customer adoption and satisfaction outcomes, ensuring programs support broader business goals.
  • Support and optimize engineering operations across a global team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and global expansion strategies.
  • Lead the optimizing of global resources, ensuring that teams across different geographies collaborate efficiently.
  • Ensure global teams work effectively together, overcoming geographic and operational challenges.
  • Drive executive-level decisions to ensure delivery across large, complex programs involving multiple cross-functional teams, from inception to deliveries.
  • Establish clear success criteria and KPIs for program delivery, ensuring that deadlines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Track latest developments in program management technologies, including the use of AI capabilities to extend best practices for program delivery.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across the engineering organization.
