Requirements
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Ability to read measurements, blueprints, or cut specifications accurately.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and pulling.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance when required.
  • Comfort working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to meet production deadlines.
  • Basic computer or inventory system skills.
Responsibilities
  • Review work orders, cut sheets, and production schedules to understand order requirements.
  • Measure, cut, and trim turf, padding, or related materials to specified dimensions.
  • Operate cutting equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect materials for quality, defects, and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain certification and ensure that the cut table follows lockout/tagout procedures when cleaning or accessing areas between rollers or under the cut table.
  • Label, bundle, and stage completed orders for packing and shipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed cuts, material usage, and order status.
  • Follow safety procedures, including proper handling of cutting tools and materials.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Communicate material shortages, defects, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Use personal protective equipment as required.

Tarkett Increases Buy-Out Offer to €17

Tarkett Participation has increased its public buy-out offer for Tarkett shares from €16 to €17 per share, representing a premium of 40.6% and 46.1% over the 20 and 60-day average share prices, respectively, and a 25.5% premium over the last closing price before the offer on February 20, 2025. The Supervisory Board and an independent expert have endorsed the offer as fair, recommending shareholders tender their shares. The offer is subject to AMF review.
