Requirements

A completed degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a technical focus, a dual degree in Construction, Infrastructure, or Transportation, or a comparable qualification.
At least five years of professional experience in project management or project control, planning, or construction of infrastructure projects, ideally in road construction, civil engineering structures, or transportation facilities.
Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as RStO, RASt, HOAI, and VOB.
Strong consulting skills and the ability to think and collaborate across disciplines.
A solution-oriented and customer-oriented approach to work and very good communication skills.
Experience in business development, preparing offers, and negotiation.
Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to travel as required by projects.

Responsibilities

Lead complex infrastructure projects in road construction, transportation facilities, and transportation infrastructure for public and private clients.
Advise clients on organizational, strategic, and technical matters throughout project delivery.
Manage schedules, costs, and planning and construction quality.
Coordinate interfaces among clients, specialist planners, experts, and executing companies.
Be accountable for project success, budget, and technical objectives.
Develop new client relationships and prepare and negotiate offers.

Desired Qualifications

English language skills are an advantage.
Experience in infrastructure projects, ideally in road construction, civil engineering structures, or transportation facilities.

Leiten anspruchsvoller Infrastrukturprojekte im Bereich Straßenbau, Verkehrsanlagen und Verkehrsinfrastruktur für öffentliche und private Auftraggebende
Beraten von Kunden zu organisatorischen, strategischen und technischen Fragestellungen im Projektablauf
Steuern von Terminen, Kosten sowie Planungs- und Bauqualitäten
Koordinieren der Schnittstellen zwischen Auftraggebenden, Fachplanenden, Gutachtenden und ausführenden Unternehmen
Verantworten von Projekterfolg, Budget und fachlich-technischen Zielen
Aufbauen neuer Kundenbeziehungen sowie Erstellen und Verhandeln von Angeboten

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Verkehrsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit technischer Vertiefung, duales Studium im Bereich Bau, Infrastruktur oder Verkehr oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Projektsteuerung, Planung oder im Bau von Infrastrukturprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich Straßenbau, Ingenieurbauwerke oder Verkehrsanlagen
Kenntnisse in relevanten Regelwerken und Vorschriften, z. B. RStO, RASt, HOAI und VOB
Hohe Beratungskompetenz sowie Fähigkeit zu interdisziplinärem Denken und Zusammenarbeiten
Lösungs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Erfahrung in Akquise, Angebotserstellung und Verhandlung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zu projektabhängigen Reisen
