- Develop and maintain business relationships by calling provided leads and generating new leads within an assigned territory.
- Communicate United Road’s value proposition to prospective and returning customers.
- Negotiate with shippers and carriers.
- Ensure daily shipments run smoothly so customers are satisfied.
- Communicate effectively and honestly with customers to provide a positive customer experience.
- Accurately and thoroughly use Salesforce customer relationship management software.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- An outgoing, driven, enthusiastic, and high-energy approach is preferred.
