What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist Foremen and Lead Carpenters in all aspects of finish carpentry.
Read blueprints and materials lists to ensure accurate execution.
Use a variety of tools to complete high-quality finishes and structures.
Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow all safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with your team to create the customer’s vision efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Need:

Finish carpentry experience and a strong attention to detail.
Willingness to travel consistently—this is a full-time traveling role.
Comfort working in varying weather conditions and at different heights.
Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs consistently.
A positive attitude and commitment to producing top-notch work.
