- Manage project timelines, meeting logistics, action items, and operational workflows across multiple initiatives.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and other business materials.
- Communicate and collaborate with global teams in English to ensure alignment across regions.
- Support events, activations, collaborations, and partner programs in Japan.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and administrative support as needed.
- Experience in startups or small, fast-moving teams.
- Experience in entertainment, gaming, XR, creator economy, or IP-related industries.
- Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural stakeholders.
- Familiarity with VRChat, virtual worlds, creator platforms, or UGC ecosystems.
