Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales from lead generation through deal closure.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Ability to conduct client calls, meetings, product or service demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Ability to negotiate, share proposals, discuss pricing, and close sales.
- Ability to manage the complete sales pipeline and regularly update the customer relationship management or applicant tracking system.
- Ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams for a smooth transition from sales closure to delivery.
