Requirements
  • Applicants must have a PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited graduate program with an APA/CPA-approved internship.
  • Applicants must be immediately eligible for licensure in West Virginia.
  • All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
Responsibilities
  • Practice in the area of Child Clinical Psychology.
  • Provide clinical service delivery to infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with psychological, behavioral, developmental, academic, family, peer, and health-related difficulties, including family and child trauma, primarily in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop specialty clinics as appropriate based on interest and expertise.
  • Provide patient care.
  • Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Participate in the APA-accredited clinical psychology internship in the Behavioral Medicine Track and the Child Psychiatry Fellowship.
