Responsibilities
Scan, copy, and convert documents.
Maintain scanners, copiers, and cost recovery machines.
Maintain and set up conference rooms.
Assemble furniture using power tools.
Support the firm's transition to a paperless environment.
Process UPS, FedEx, and other deliveries.
Operate the mail machine and ensure mail is dropped off at the end of each day.
Handle copy jobs and identify outsourcing opportunities to meet deadlines.
Maintain sufficient office supply and kitchen supply inventory.
Keep the copy center and kitchen, including the refrigerator and microwave, clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Move and lift boxes weighing 25–50 pounds for use in the File Room and Production areas.
Apply Bates stamps to documents and exhibits as needed.
Duplicate digital media, including USB drives, CDs, and DVDs.
Input production jobs into the firm's internal accounting system for client billing.
Work with the Operations Manager on internal office moves.
Maintain and organize the production room.
Execute various projects assigned by the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

The ideal candidate to join Klinedinst San Diego will be friendly, organized, confident, and be excited to learn and adapt. In addition, we are looking for a candidate possessing the following skills:

Pay range: $23.00 - $30.45 per hour, depending on experience. Pay ranges are provided in compliance with SB1162, California’s pay transparency law; actual pay may vary based on a variety of factors, including education, applicable experience, etc.
