About the company

Holder Construction manages commercial building projects for owners in corporate, aviation, data and telecom, higher education, public assembly, and science markets. During planning, it reviews constructability, coordinates design decisions, estimates costs, and aligns scope and schedules with owners and designers. It organizes procurement and trade-partner work and manages construction through construction-management or design-build delivery, while MEP specialists support commissioning and system testing before handover. Unlike a property developer that earns rent from buildings it owns, Holder sells construction services to project owners. Founded in 1960, it is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
