The role

Metaview is growing rapidly, and we want to go even faster. 

To make this happen, the Ops Associate will work directly with Metaview’s founders and will:

• Take the lead on ensuring we have world-class visibility into our finances, are being efficient with cash, and that we’re meeting our financial obligations as a global organization.

• Assist with and, over time, own company-level reporting of our core business metrics to the team, board, and investors.

• Drive proactive analysis, research, or experiments into opportunity areas for accelerated growth. You’ll own the things that don’t yet have a dedicated owner.

• Obsess over our operational cadence and “how we work” in order to help us build even faster.

• Pick up new things that come up, as they inevitably will, and attack them with ferocity.

Fundamentally, this role is about operational leverage. We need to maximize our leverage and increase the company’s capacity to get work done. This is a career-defining opportunity for anyone that is passionate about startups, with a growth-mentality, and that seeks discomfort and ambiguity.

You

• 3+ years experience in top-tier consulting or ops roles at high-performing tech companies.

• Strong academic background.

• Strong foundation in financial principles.

• Technology, business, and innovation is your favourite topic.

• Sharp analytical skills. Excel/Gsheets wizard, and SQL a strong plus.

• Appreciate analysis is less than half the job. It’s there to serve execution.

• Have a desire to get your hands dirty across a broad range of opportunities: from financial modeling, to reporting, to HR, to obsessing over how to create a phenomenal environment for the team to do the best work of their lives.
