Requirements
  • Proven experience in cabinet installation and finish carpentry.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
  • Valid business registration.
  • Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000 coverage.
  • Active registration and good standing with the Nova Scotia Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB).
  • Compliance with Nova Scotia Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.
  • Perform finish carpentry including trim, baseboards, casings, and hardware.
  • Adjust and align cabinet systems for proper fit and function.
  • Make minor modifications and perform on-site fitting as required.
  • Ensure a clean, professional finish that meets quality standards.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Desired Qualifications
  • WHMIS certification.
