Requirements
  • 1 year of marketing experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Act as a project manager for the marketing team, assisting with execution and organization of all marketing projects
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and goals stay on track
  • Develop agendas, record notes, and assign action items for meetings
  • Organize marketing assets and update files with new materials regularly
  • Help develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate on Powerpoint/Canva presentations
  • Communicate with other departments to manage projects and updates
  • Work with content team to submit asset requests and track deliverables
  • Work with website team and utilize CMS to execute simple website changes
  • Work with franchise team to complete marketing milestones for new store openings
  • Share marketing initiatives and assets with franchisees and provide support for ongoing requests
  • Share marketing initiatives and instructions for execution with store staff
  • Other duties as assigned
