- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic objectives into practical SAP solutions.
- Define the overall SAP S/4HANA solution architecture, covering process integration, data flow, and system landscape design.
- Lead fit-to-standard and solution design workshops, translating business requirements into integrated SAP solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices while driving adoption of standard SAP functionality, minimizing custom developments.
- Ensure end-to-end process integration across key business areas including Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
- Define and govern interfaces, enhancements (RICEFW), and extensions within an enterprise architecture framework as well as oversee integration with third-party applications such as 3PLs, MES, PLM, EDI, CRM, and HR systems.
- Maintain architectural consistency and governance across global and local rollouts.
- Provide leadership to SAP workstreams through all phases of the SAP Activate methodology and collaborate with Project Managers and Business Process Owners to drive timely decisions and maintain adherence to the global template.
- Review and approve key design documents, configuration specifications, and integration strategies.
- Support data migration, cutover, and business readiness planning activities.
- Experience with industry-specific solutions (e.g., Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods).
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (SOX, GxP, export controls, etc.).
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales or proposal activities.
- SAP S/4HANA certification (Architecture or Solution track)

The Italian technology consulting firm's EBITDA reached €233.2 million, whilst EBIT stood at €189.7 million for the six-month period. The company's second quarter performance showed consolidated turnover of €667.0 million, up 8.7% year-on-year. Reply's net financial position was positive at €402.0 million as of 30 June 2026. Chairman Mario Rizzante attributed the results to growing corporate investments in AI initiatives. He noted that artificial intelligence has become integral to growth strategies, driving convergence of software, data, and domain expertise. Reply specialises in solutions based on digital media and emerging technologies, serving clients across telecommunications, industry, banking, insurance, and public sectors.
Comsysto Reply has partnered with Audi to develop an AI-based multi-agent system for the carmaker's Used Car Platform, a digital marketplace for B2B used car trading. Since 2025, the platform has accounted for nearly 100% of Audi's B2B business in this sector. The solution uses three specialised AI agents built on GitHub Copilot to handle requirements analysis, code generation, and quality assurance. The agents work with a dedicated knowledge base containing the platform's architectural decisions and specifications, enabling them to produce outputs consistent with existing systems. The system follows a human-in-the-loop model, with AI handling repetitive tasks whilst developers focus on review and validation. Reply has launched Model Factory, an industrial production line for building generative AI models grounded in corporate knowledge. The platform enables organisations to train AI models using their internal documentation, software repositories, business data and domain expertise within secure vaults. The factory industrialises data preparation, training, evaluation and deployment through a controlled lifecycle. Its training layer includes pre-training for domain awareness, supervised fine-tuning for specific tasks, reinforcement learning for policy alignment, and distillation for efficient deployment. Each model is released as a versioned enterprise asset with quality controls and EU AI Act compliance. Reply CEO Tatiana Rizzante said proprietary models will become key strategic differentiators, allowing companies to transform distinctive assets into governed AI models that remain under their control whilst enabling continuous improvement and specialisation.
Hermes Reply has launched Brick Cognitive, an agentic operating system designed to bring artificial intelligence to industrial operations. The platform extends Reply's Brick Reply MES/MOM system, enabling factory systems to interpret events, correlate data and guide decisions across production, quality, maintenance and planning. Brick Cognitive uses a semantic knowledge graph to connect data from disparate systems including MES, ERP, IIoT and planning tools. AI agents can analyse performance deviations, correlate non-conformities, reconstruct traceability and identify downtime patterns, moving manufacturers from fragmented operations to coordinated decision-making. The system operates as an open cognitive layer above existing factory infrastructure and includes prebuilt solutions for quality investigation, KPI analysis and production flow optimisation.
