- A current and active New Jersey registered nurse license is required.
- One-on-one care experience in a home setting is required.
- Candidates must be comfortable caring for pediatric patients with complex medical needs.
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed patient care is expected.
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in the patient's home.
- Care for the patient using relevant clinical equipment and needs, including a GJT, CPT vest, cough assist, suction, and pulse oximeter.
- Build a strong relationship with the patient and family.
- A minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience is preferred.
- Experience with respiratory equipment and complex pediatric care is a plus.
- Experience with GJT, suctioning, pulse oximetry, respiratory equipment, or similar clinical needs is preferred.
