Runs outpatient physical and occupational clinics.
U.S. Physical Therapy runs hundreds of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics in over 41 states, providing acute, post-operative, and preventative care for orthopedic and neurologic issues, including sports and work injuries. Patients receive therapy from licensed therapists at clinics that are operated by local owner-partners who share in the profits, with growth coming from opening new clinics and buying into existing practices. The company differs from purely corporate-owned networks by using a local-ownership model combined with acquisitions to scale while keeping local leadership in each location. Its goal is to widen access to outpatient rehabilitation through a large, locally led network that helps patients recover and return to work or sports.
