  • Experience with work order function, flow, and processes (minimum 2-3 years' experience)
  • Experience coordinating and expediting material and parts
  • Experience reviewing production schedules

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and task management skills
  • Self-directed problem solver, responsible, accountable, with ability to stay focused

  • THE ROLE: The Materials Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the new production work order process to facilitate material & labor demand, and for monitoring the short-term (0-3 months) production demand. This role will also identify bottlenecks related to the supply chain and order flow and take appropriate action to resolve.
