- Ideally has an initial experience in consulting or in the banking or insurance sector.

- Support the transformation of banking and insurance clients under the guidance of experienced consultants.
- Contribute to project management and change-management initiatives, including customer-journey and claims-management redesign, industry reforms, organizational mergers, partnerships, contract-management tools, and product launches.
- Improve performance and reduce costs through Robotics Process Automation, artificial intelligence, and process-optimization methodologies.
- Support end-to-end data-management projects covering data quality, data science, data security, and data privacy, including complete Data Office implementation.
- Contribute to distribution initiatives involving customer-journey experience, marketing, customer relationship management, multichannel development, cross-selling, distribution-network evolution, and digital transformation.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives involving fintech, insurtech, Big Data, data science, blockchain, Internet of Things, and parametric insurance products.
- Support Risk, Internal Control, Finance, and Compliance departments with regulatory compliance, regulatory monitoring, financial and risk modeling, backtesting, and stress testing.
- Support Finance departments with Finance/Risk convergence, asset-liability management, financial performance, International Financial Reporting Standards 9 compliance, reporting processes, and distribution-network profitability.
- Take responsibility for assigned subjects while receiving guidance from experienced consultants.
- Define a thesis topic with the firm or the candidate’s school and align internship activities with that topic.
- Contribute to the firm’s internal activities, including developing and strengthening offerings, responding to requests for proposals and commercial proposals, and preparing publications and analyses.
- Initial experience in consulting or in the banking or insurance sector.

18%Sia, a global management consulting group, has acquired Kaiser Associates, a US-based strategy consulting firm, to launch a dedicated Corporate Strategy, Private Equity and M&A business line spanning the US, UK, France, Middle East and Australia. Founded in 1981, Kaiser Associates brings 65 consultants and operates from Washington, D.C., New York and London. The firm specialises in go-to-market strategy, growth assessments and market landscaping for Fortune 500 executives and private equity funds. Kaiser Associates' leadership team, including Ali Cumber, Paul Mumma and Jon Meyerholz, will join Sia as partners, with Meyerholz heading the new business line as managing partner. The acquisition expands Sia's North American presence and strengthens its position in private equity advisory.

Sia has acquired The Upside, enhancing its brand, innovation, and cultural strategy capabilities in the UK. The Upside, founded in 2013, generated £6.2 million in 2024 revenues. Niku Banaie, CEO of The Upside, will lead Sia's UK brand, innovation, and culture team. The Upside will adopt Sia's branding as part of the transition.

Despite this, founder and CEO Matthieu Courtecuisse retains a majority stake. This marks the first time Sia Partners has sought a financial partner since its founding in 1999. The firm, with nearly €500 million in revenue, aims to accelerate growth, especially in the U.S. and other countries where it operates.
