  • 5+ years of B2B Software Product Marketing experience
  • Experience with the B2B customer experience, marketing automation, service management, and/or government software application markets is preferred
  • Experience with developing product positioning and implementing product-specific demand generation programs
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the curiosity to expand the scope of assigned projects
  • Experience in researching and analyzing market landscape and competitive intelligence
  • Project management skills
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with international and virtual teams
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers, sales and product teams to create product line sales strategy
  • Maintain understanding of product line strengths and weaknesses to develop product positioning and messaging
  • Analyze data and conduct interviews to better understand how customers use our solutions
  • Perform competitive research to profile key competitors
  • Develop product and solution-oriented content
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases
  • Manage cross-functional implementation
  • Drive strategic demand generation efforts
