About the Company

Pharmacy1st Health

Builds integrated primary care via pharmacies

Pharmacy First Health expands access to primary care in rural areas by turning local pharmacies into integrated care hubs that combine primary care, pharmacy services, and chronic disease management, operating through Pharmacy1st Clinics and Pharmacies. A digital platform connects pharmacists, clinicians, and care teams under state-approved Collaborative Practice Agreements to coordinate clinical encounters, documentation, scheduling, billing, and secure medical-record transmission, with licensed professionals making all clinical decisions. The initiative differentiates itself by using neighborhood pharmacies as the entry point for care and partnering with health plans to recognize these locations as care sites, backed by HIPAA-compliant workflows. The goal is to dramatically improve access to primary care in underserved regions by embedding care delivery in pharmacies and growing the network through health-plan partnerships.
