Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a customer solution environment, transportation and/or technology related fields.
  • 2 + years experience in working directly with customers on billing/invoicing issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from customer complaints, coordinate solutions with speed and accuracy among needed parties, and engage directly with customers in a calm and objective manner.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience managing data within Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with procedural integrity.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex information and make it understandable and persuasive to others.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and disagreement towards resolution within and outside of the team.
Responsibilities
  • Intake, investigation, and resolution of assigned escalations in accordance with team and company expectations, manage work from CRM queues and/or email as needed, respond to inquiries from internal partners and customers as needed, schedule meetings with internal partners and customers, document new processes for performance assessments, aid in special operations projects.
  • Partner with Customer Operations Analyst to analyze the root cause of customers’ requests and dissatisfaction to prevent recurrence.
