Requirements
  • One to three years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or pre-employment screening coordination is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor the shared inbox for incoming background check reports and ensure that all reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
  • Review completed background checks and drug tests for discrepancies or compliance issues.
  • Correspond with candidates to request additional information and documentation as needed.
  • Verify personally identifiable information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in shared tracking spreadsheets and Workday human resources information system.
  • Initiate and process additional background check screening packages as needed.
  • Assist with rescheduling and troubleshooting drug screens as needed.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on updates or concerns regarding candidates whose pre-employment screenings are delayed, require additional review, or do not meet company standards.
  • Generate reports and manage data within Workday human resources information system.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws related to pre-employment background checks and drug tests.
  • Provide other support to the pre-employment screening team as assigned.
