About the Role:

Join our future-focused HR organization, which boasts a strong Onshore Partnering Team and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), complemented by a robust Service Delivery Team. We are seeking a Regional Delivery Manager to be based at our AtkinsRéalis office in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in ensuring top-class HR services to our employees from the HR Centre in Bengaluru.

What Is Your Role?

• Seamless Service Delivery: Implement HR initiatives to support business through a team of Subject Matter Experts. Proactively reinforce the service delivery proposition by rolling out fit-for-purpose initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and overall engagement in the region.
• Strategic Thinking: Influence critical decisions by collecting and inspecting insights from onshore Field HR (HR BPs and business units) to develop action plans for improving overall services from the HR Centre.
• Sustainable Delivery Path: Create a sustainable path for seamless delivery with robust investment in processes, workforce planning, retention of top talent, fostering innovation, and identifying and developing skills for the future.
• Advisory Role: Advise onshore teams on various HR processes/applications and take the lead on all HR matters/projects in the region, acting as an extended arm (Strategic Partner) for regions.

What Will You Contribute?

• Partnership Skills: Strong partnership skills and the ability to influence critical decisions. Experience in working in complex environments and managing stakeholder expectations while supervising the team is essential.
• Service Delivery Experience: A breadth of experience in Service Delivery, preferably in a leadership capacity. Exposure to functional roles such as Finance and IT is a plus. Experience in a COE HR model (HRBP, HR shared services, and HR COEs such as Reward, L&TD, etc.) is advantageous.
• Technical Know-How: Distinctive technical know-how, collaborative outlook, and business acumen for greater effectiveness. Experience/exposure in data and analytics is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are assets for this senior role.

Measures & Metrics of Success:

• Client Delight and Client Centricity: Achieve client delight scores above 90%.
• Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure a "right first time" rate of around 98% and Maintain rework below 2%.
• Highly Engaged and Motivated Staff: Achieve high Voice of Workforce scores (target at 90+).
