Requirements
  • Active enrollment in or completion of a master's-level Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program, verified before the start date, or a completed master's degree with enrollment in or completion of an ABA course sequence.
  • Ability to work full-time, including afternoon and early evening hours.
Responsibilities
  • Work as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician while progressing through a three-stage pathway.
  • Provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in home, center, or school settings.
  • Participate in small-group and one-to-one supervision with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
  • Learn clinical best practices across assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics.
  • Attend professional development sessions and apply learnings in real time.
  • Progress through the structured program stages and earn milestone rewards.
  • Collaborate with a team using compassionate, client-assent-based, data-driven care.
Desired Qualifications
  • Grow into a Board Certified Behavior Analyst role within a values-driven care model.
