About the job
- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.
- At least four years of experience with information technologies.
- At least four years of software development experience with Java 1.5 or above, Spring 3.0 or above, SOAP or REST web services, JSP, Servlet, Eclipse, HTML, IBM WebSphere or JBoss Application Server, and SQL.
- At least two years of experience working in a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Module Lead role.
- At least two years of experience working in a global delivery model, including onsite-offshore collaboration.
- At least four years of experience with software development life cycle methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.
- At least four years of experience with project life-cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of build and configuration-management processes.
- Technical aptitude and experience with software development tools and techniques.
- Ability to collaborate with an offshore team.
- Ability to participate in requirements analysis, estimation, development, and code reviews.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks, maintain quality, and track work through closure.
