- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Load and unload dishwashing machines.
- Wash specific items by hand, including wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china.
- Store clean pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
- Ensure there are enough clean pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock, such as detergents, and notify a supervisor when necessary.
- Check washing machines' operation and promptly report technical or performance issues.
- Remove garbage regularly.
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including floors, walls, doors, and handles.
- Sweep and mop and maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility inside and out.
