Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Three to five years of experience in flexible packaging are required.
- A food or beverage manufacturing background is preferred, along with familiarity with Food and Drug Administration, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safe Quality Food guidelines.
- Competency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Reading, writing, and problem-solving skills are required.
- The ability to analyze and solve problems is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee technical project trials and ensure deliverables align with overall project objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between production teams and Research and Development to ensure clear understanding and execution of project specifications and requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including tracking system updates and technical procedures.
- Conduct regular project reviews and reports to update stakeholders on project status and resolve technical hurdles.
- Implement best practices and standards for technical operations specific to manufacturing.
- Assist with resource allocation and planning to optimize productivity and budget adherence.
- Adhere to Personnel Processing Practices in the company's Food Safety Plan as determined by the Food Safety Management System.
