Requirements

A technical qualification in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience with field service maintenance and repair, preferably involving ATMs or banking automation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
An active CFT registration.
Residence in Guarujá, Cubatão, or Santos, with easy access to the region and coast.
A category B driver's license.
A personal vehicle.
Immediate availability.
Familiarity with field service technician practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

Install products and components, perform technical maintenance, and debug hardware and software, primarily at customer sites.
Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, other services, and minor product repairs within the designated area.
Verify that products are functioning correctly, resolve identified problems, or escalate them according to established procedures.
Schedule services, complete required documentation, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
With guidance or alongside more experienced technicians, use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot incidents and conduct detailed hardware and software failure analysis.
Perform component-level hardware repairs.
Clean and adjust mechanical components.
Configure and install applicable software.
Perform routine preventive maintenance checks according to documented procedures.
Replenish consumables as instructed.
Install, move, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products (IMAC/R).
Instruct and train customers in the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
Participate in regular practical, classroom, and online hardware and software training.
Participate in implementing measures to achieve agreed KPIs.
Assist with special projects as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with field service maintenance and repair involving ATMs or banking automation is preferred.

Instala, faz a manutenção técnica e depura hardware e software de produtos e componentes, principalmente nas instalações do cliente. Realiza inspeções programadas, limpeza e outros serviços, além de pequenos reparos nos produtos dentro de uma área designada. Verifica se os produtos estão funcionando corretamente e resolve problemas encontrados e/ou encaminha conforme o procedimento estabelecido. Agenda os serviços, preenche toda a documentação necessária e trabalha com os clientes para garantir a satisfação com a prestação do serviço e o entendimento da funcionalidade do produto.

Qualificações Necessárias:

Técnico em Eletrotécnica, eletrônica, ou correlatas;
Experiências com manutenção e reparo em Serviços em Campo, preferencialmente com ATM´s ou automação bancária.
Boas habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal.
CFT Ativo;
Residir em Guarujá, Cubatão ou Santos, fácil acesso á região, e litoral;
CNH B;
Carro próprio;
Disponibilidade de Inicio imediato.

Familiariza-se com as práticas e procedimentos de Técnico de Serviço de Campo.
Com orientação e/ou junto a técnicos mais experientes, realiza qualquer um ou todos os seguintes:
Manipulação de Incidentes: Utiliza ferramentas de diagnóstico para solucionar problemas fazendo uma análise detalhada de falhas de hardware e software.
Realiza reparos de hardware no nível de componentes.
Limpa e ajusta componentes mecânicos.
Configura e instala softwares aplicáveis.
Manutenção Preventiva: Realiza verificações rotineiras de acordo com procedimentos documentados.
Reabastece consumíveis conforme orientação.
IMAC/R: Instala, move, adiciona, modifica e remove produtos de hardware e software.
Treinamento de Clientes: Instrui e treina clientes sobre a utilização e operação do hardware e software instalados.
Participa de treinamentos regulares de hardware e software (prático, em sala de aula e online).
Participa da implementação de medidas para atingir os KPIs acordados.
Auxilia em projetos especiais conforme designado.
