  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience (Markets Operations experience)

Responsibilities
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices
  • Work closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help re-engineer processes, build scale and mitigate risk
  • Identify & work with stakeholders and key organizations to ensure program & project scope definition meets business objectives build and maintain relationships with each
  • Communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis
  • Escalate program risks to the Markets Ops transformation lead and other senior management as appropriate
  • Work with line SMEs to provide solutions to eliminate inefficiencies in daily tasks and processes
  • Provide support and coordination to work with the program and project management team to manage Securities Settlements Book of Work
  • Continued engagement and discourse with our business, technology and operations partners
  • Support the development of an effective control framework that fully meets Audit, Compliance and Regulatory requirements
  • Provides leadership and guidance when reviewing business or industry initiatives and ensuring successful implementation, and sound controls are in place
  • Demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of products and processes, and of how duties relate integrate with others in the team and closely related teams
  • Utilizes strong communication, interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders, and to exchange potentially complex sensitive information, while being sensitive to audience diversity
