TSC’s Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) Division is actively recruiting an experienced Deployment Manager to join our team in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The Deployment Manager tracks personnel as they travel around the world in support of DoD operations CONUS and OCONUS. Upon the candidate’s selection, the individual is expected to adhere to, comply with, and ensure that others comply with contractual obligations, DoD requirements, host nation requirements, travel requirements, and any operational requirements as directed by company and customer leadership. As a Deployment Manager, the individual will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient movement of personnel who operate, maintain, and support DoD operations globally. As an integral member to the operational team, other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that personnel are up to date with regulatory obligations.
- Responsible for managing personnel movement CONUS and OCONUS.
- Responsible for ensuring that personnel have the appropriate certifications prior to arriving at a duty location, to include readiness training and online CBTs.
- Responsible for tracking emerging and evolving requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring that all documents for travel are up to date and certified (passports, ID cards, badges, visas, LOAs, etc.).
- Responsible for updating US Government and company databases with appropriate information regarding deployment.
- Responsible for compliant travel procurement; airline, car, hotel, or other in accordance with company policy and contractual requirements.
- Work in compliance with and enforce all procedures, processes, and risk mitigation tools that are set in place by company and customer leadership.
- Scheduled hours can fluctuate, must be available for shift work.
- Supports internal audits and performance reviews, tracks data for operations managers.
- Provide accurate data to program leadership regarding personnel, qualifications, certifications, travel, and databases.
Required Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of where to review and track host nation requirements, travel procedures, contractual deployment requirements, etc.
- Familiarity with SPOT, TASS, and other US Government databases.
- Exemplary knowledge of travel requirements, personnel requirements, and travel documents, aligning with US Government regulations and DoD deployment guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years Deployment Management experience.
- Experience supporting DoD operations OCONUS.
- Must meet requirements for CONUS duty.
- Must currently hold an active SECRET DoD clearance and be eligible for TOP SECRET//SCI.
