Requirements
  • 5+ years Deployment Management experience.
  • Experience supporting DoD operations OCONUS.
  • Must meet requirements for CONUS duty.
  • Must currently hold an active SECRET DoD clearance and be eligible for TOP SECRET//SCI.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills; excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Exemplary knowledge of travel requirements, personnel requirements, and travel documents, aligning with US Government regulations and DoD deployment guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring that personnel are up to date with regulatory obligations.
  • Responsible for managing personnel movement CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Responsible for ensuring that personnel have the appropriate certifications prior to arriving at a duty location, to include readiness training and online CBTs.
  • Responsible for tracking emerging and evolving requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all documents for travel are up to date and certified (passports, ID cards, badges, visas, LOAs, etc.).
  • Responsible for updating US Government and company databases with appropriate information regarding deployment.
  • Responsible for compliant travel procurement; airline, car, hotel, or other in accordance with company policy and contractual requirements.
  • Work in compliance with and enforce all procedures, processes, and risk mitigation tools that are set in place by company and customer leadership.
  • Scheduled hours can fluctuate, must be available for shift work.
  • Supports internal audits and performance reviews, tracks data for operations managers.
  • Provide accurate data to program leadership regarding personnel, qualifications, certifications, travel, and databases.
