Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in product design, including UX research, UI, Desktop and Mobile design
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work (research through polished UI)
  • Experience working at a B2B tech company or startup building digital products
Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and workflow studies to understand admin and learner needs, pain points, and goals. Translate research findings into actionable design insights.
  • Deliver sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs for end to end features. Ensure designs are user centered, mobile first, and scalable across the platform.
  • Contribute to the evolution of FranklinCovey’s design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across all touch points.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver high quality product experiences. As the primary designer on the 4DX platform, you’ll have significant autonomy and responsibility.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with design systems, accessibility best practices, instructional design, and incorporating AI into UX and UI
  • General proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma and Asana experience)
  • Experience designing for SaaS, learning platforms, or B2B/B2C web and mobile applications
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating directly with cross functional partners
  • Mission driven with enthusiasm for helping individuals and teams achieve their goals
  • Collaborative, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment balancing research and delivery

Franklin Covey Q2 results show 5% invoice growth and 16% rise in deferred revenue

Franklin Covey reported fiscal Q2 2026 results showing continued momentum from go-to-market changes, with revenue of $59.6 million matching year-ago levels and adjusted EBITDA exceeding consensus expectations. CEO Paul Walker highlighted 5% growth in invoiced amounts, driven by a 7% increase in Enterprise North America and 7% in Enterprise International. The Education Division delivered 16% revenue growth. Deferred subscription revenue rose 16% year-over-year, with multi-year contracts representing 62% of revenue. CFO Jessica Betjemann noted billed deferred revenue in North America reached $59.3 million, up 16%. Subscription and subscription services revenue increased 3% to $50.9 million. Management positioned the invoiced growth as setting up accelerating revenue and cash flow in fiscal 2027.
