  • 7-10 years of HRIS experience with exposure to various Workday modules
  • 5+ years of consultative skills with Workday Configuration experience
  • 2+ years as Workday Security admin
  • 3+ years of experience with building EIBs and complex report writing in Workday
  • Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus
  • Ability to lead requirements/design sessions and work multi-functionally with business customers and technical team members
  • Serve as domain expert in Core HCM, Benefits, Performance, Absence, Compensation, Security, Analytics, and Reporting
  • Partner with Sr Principal Architect and HRIS team for requirements gathering, solution design, project management, testing, training, and documentation
  • Design end-to-end solutions across HR and beyond to meet overall HR strategy and priorities
  • Lead major HR initiatives like Open Enrollment, Annual Performance, and Bonus/Merit Cycle
  • Provide expertise in Workday platform capabilities and configurations
  • Support current production modules and propose process improvement activities
  • Lead user acceptance testing for Workday releases and new features
  • Manage implementation partner teams and ensure SOX compliance
