Requirements
  • Currently pursuing studies in hospitality, tourism, or business school, or a related field.
  • Have a strong interest in the luxury and hospitality sector.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Have knowledge of the destination and its ecosystem, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Be fluent in English; Spanish and/or French is a plus.
  • Be organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Be customer-oriented, able to create lasting connections, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Responsibilities
  • Take part in property visits where guests are expected.
  • Support the Pre-Arrival Team in gathering information needed to prepare guests' stays.
  • Assist in updating property information in internal tools.
  • Help prepare properties with shopping, gifts, and amenities before guest arrivals.
  • Help the team establish contact with clients before their arrival.
  • Welcome guests alongside the team and ensure the villa is ready and in good condition.
  • Participate in villa tours and guide guests through the property's facilities.
  • Assist with concierge requests and service adjustments.
  • Observe and learn procedures for handling and processing payments.
  • Assist the team with check-out and inspect the property in the presence of guests.
  • Document final observations and potential damages.
  • Help follow up on billing and payments with the Pre-Arrival Team.
  • Support invoicing and payment collection with the Pre-Arrival Team.
  • Document property-condition observations after guest departures.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or French.
  • Interest in similar roles such as villa management or concierge services.
