Responsibilities
  • Manage semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll by interfacing with ADP to insure our payrolls are run accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local payroll tax regulations.
  • Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate employee data management.
  • Generate payroll reports and assist with financial audits as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll law and regulations.
  • Reconciles balance sheet payroll liabilities monthly.
  • Ensure all employees enter time.
  • Maintain and update vendor database by entering new vendor requests and managing vendor changes and ensuring vendors are set up with the correct tax classification.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a four-year college or university preferred but not required
