Are you passionate about building foundational systems that enable entire organizations to deliver value faster? At Rose Rocket, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform Team, which owns and develops the core platform services that empower all of our product teams to build, scale, and innovate. In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our platform, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and forward-looking.

What You’ll Do:

• Define the Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for Rose Rocket’s core platform that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and customer needs.

• Enable the Organization: Partner closely with engineering and other product teams to ensure our platform provides the capabilities, APIs, and tools that allow them to move quickly and confidently.

• Drive Scalability: Focus on ensuring our platform supports a growing user base and product complexity, while maintaining performance, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate: Work with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of key projects.

• Measure Success: Define metrics for platform success, track performance, and iterate on improvements to ensure optimal outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in platform or infrastructure product development in a fast-paced environment.

• Skills: Strong technical understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and scalability challenges. Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Leadership: You’re a strong communicator who can inspire and lead teams through influence. You enjoy mentoring and helping others grow.

• Problem-Solving: A data-driven mindset and the ability to think strategically about how to solve complex problems with elegant solutions.

• Agile & Lean Practices: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience using tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar for tracking projects and prioritizing work.
