Responsibilities
Conduct weekly outreach through tabling, classroom presentations, and student organization visits in areas outside the Triangle.
Recruit new youth members and support follow-up engagement.
Represent the organization at selected campus and community events.
Serve as a consistent point of contact for youth members in assigned regions.
Build and maintain working relationships with key student organizations and campus contacts.
Assist with implementing campus-based voter engagement activities.
Support and check in with student ambassadors, student leaders, and campus partners.
Help coordinate logistics for on-campus events and workshops.
Support youth voter registration drives, including distributing and collecting voter registration forms across campuses, ensuring timely drop-off and compliance tracking, and coordinating drives and pledge-to-vote card collection with campus ambassadors.
Ensure all voter engagement efforts remain nonpartisan and compliant.
Track weekly outreach and engagement metrics.
Submit brief weekly campus engagement reports to the Youth Engagement Director.
Participate in regular check-ins and planning meetings.

We are seeking a motivated and self-directed Part-Time Youth Field Organizer to expand and strengthen NCAAT youth civic engagement efforts in Greensboro and Charlotte. The youth field organizer will be working under the supervision of the Youth Engagement Director. This role will play a key part in growing youth membership, supporting campus organizing, and increasing nonpartisan voter participation among AAPI and broader youth communities.
