- At least one year of practical experience in a similar housekeeping role at a four- or five-star hotel.
- Demonstrated skills in room cleaning, maintenance, and organizing cleaning products and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently identify and resolve quality issues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and repetitive movements.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work according to operational needs.
- Effective communication skills, including clearly reporting issues and interacting professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to consistently follow procedures, safety protocols, and brand standards.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks and ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
- Promptly identify and report technical issues, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to the head housekeeper.
- Respond to guest requests warmly, professionally, and promptly to support guest satisfaction.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Work with team members to ensure efficient room turnover and consistent service delivery.
- Organize and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Proactively communicate workload, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to supervisors.
- Knowledge of French.
- Knowledge of languages other than English and French.
