About the Job

Responsibilities

Ensure installations, equipment, and production start according to standards, including first-part release.
Perform production according to standards and detect deviations from standards.
React to detected problems according to the standard of reaction, including KOSU/KTRP processes, and participate in Quick Response actions.
Liaise between the team and the supervisor.
Assign operators to workstations and optimize resources and operator assignments according to workload.
Check adherence to standards and facilitate the work of the APT, including changeovers and procurement.
Anticipate changeovers and facilitate production to avoid disruptions.
Provide first-level support when a problem is detected.
Ensure QRAP is completed or lead QRAP completion.
Escalate issues according to the standard of reaction.
Lead daily five-minute meetings when delegated by the supervisor.
Apply ERIM/TPM by detecting reliability abnormalities and writing Red Tags.
Record TRP losses correctly in MES, DLE/KTRP record sheets, or spreadsheets.
Transfer useful information to the next-shift Team Leader and inform the supervisor of useful information.
Propose improvements to existing standards within the APZ.
Approve work standards as a user and propose countermeasures for root causes.
Participate in kaizen workshops within the assigned perimeter.
Train team members at workstations to meet quality and productivity standards, using eWorkStation once implemented.
Develop multiskill autonomy under supervisor control.
Conduct on-the-job training for other team members.
Replace other operators so they can participate in improvement actions or to prevent line or equipment stops.
Facilitate improvement within the APT, including helping the supervisor process improvement suggestions.
Facilitate completion of improvement proposals.

Maintaining QCDM work standards and standard performances (compliance + quick response)

Ensure installations & equipment start, and production start according to standards, and OK starts (1st part release).
Performs production according to standards.
Detects problems (deviations from standards).
In case of problem detected, reacts according to the standard of reaction, for instance regarding KOSU/KTRP ones.
Is involved in Quick Response actions.
Liaise between the team and the supervisor.
Assigns operators to workstations and Optimise resources and operators depending on workload.
Checks respect of standards and facilitates the job of the APT (changeovers, procurement,…)
Anticipate change-overs and facilitate production to avoid disruptions.
In case of detected problem, ensures the 1st level of support.
Ensures QRAP is fulfilled or lead QRAP filling (QR).
Escalates according to standard of reaction.
Can lead daily meeting under supervisor delegation (5’ meeting).
Applies ERIM/TPM: Detect reliability abnormalities and write Red Tags
Fill in correctly the TRP losses in the MES or DLE/KTRP record sheet or spreadsheet.
Transfer useful information to next shift Team Leader
Inform Supervisor regarding useful information
