Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk, a comparable commercial vocational qualification, or willingness to start as a career changer.
Commercial sales aptitude and enjoyment of speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

Act as the organizational link between customers, insurance intermediaries, and the corporate headquarters within a BarmeniaGothaer agency.
Prepare and follow up on customer appointments.
Provide administrative support to agency management and, where applicable, other customer advisers.
Record insurance claims and ensure smooth claims processing.
Work with the agency team on customer-retention measures and conduct activities to expand the customer base.

Du bist das organisatorische Bindeglied zwischen Kund*innen, Versicherungsvermittler*innen, und der Konzernzentrale innerhalb einer BarmeniaGothaer Agentur
Du bist zuständig für die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen
Du unterstützt die Agenturleitung und ggf. weitere Kundenberater*innen administrativ
Du nimmst Versicherungsschäden auf und sorgst für eine reibungslose Schadenabwicklung
Du ergreifst gemeinsam mit dem Agenturteam Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung und führst Aktionen zum Ausbau des Kundenstamms durch

Qualifikationen

Du hast die Ausbildung der Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen abgeschlossen, hast eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert oder möchtest als Quereinsteiger*in starten
Du hast vertriebliches Gespür und sprichst gerne mit Kund*innen
Administrative Tätigkeiten gehen dir leicht von der Hand
Du handelst kundenorientiert und sprühst vor Eigeninitiative
Du organisierst dich mit digitalen Hilfsmitteln und behältst dadurch stets den Überblick
