Maintain a professional appearance according to company standards.
Demonstrate the customer WOW steps: apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra.
Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
Do not carry a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
Complete Safe Delivery CBT if working as a driver.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and assist carryout customers politely and courteously while providing helpful, knowledgeable menu information.
Count pepperoni and ham on every order when preparing pizzas, regardless of the topping amount ordered.
Do not clear pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery and say, “Let me get your change” on every order.
Keep driver vehicles neat, clean, and in a positive condition while working.
Do not route drivers early or check them in early from deliveries.
Wash hands before preparing products.
Follow proper product-preparation procedures.
Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm the customer's name and address.

No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working
Driver vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while working
Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery
Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products
Only proper procedure for products is allowed
Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT
Every order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmed
