About the job
- At least 8–10 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience preparing monthly MIS, management reports, variance analysis, and actual-versus-budget reporting.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends and variances, and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, ledger review, ageing, bank reconciliation, provisions, accruals, and month-end closing.
- Good working knowledge of GST, input tax credit, GSTR-2A/2B, reverse charge mechanism, TDS sections, TDS workings, and compliance documentation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, FILTER, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or another enterprise resource planning system.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments independently while dealing with other departments.

Manvendra Shukul transitions from CEO to Chairman Emeritus at Lakshya Digital. Manvendra Shukul established Lakshya Digital in 2004 Lakshya Digital has announced a major leadership transition, marking the conclusion of Manvendra Shukul's tenure as Chief Executive Officer and the start of his new role as Founder, Chairman Emeritus and Non-Executive Director on the Board. In a statement shared on LinkedIn, the company recognised Shukul's contribution in building Lakshya Digital into one of the world's leading game art and animation studios. Shukul founded Lakshya Digital in 2004 with the vision of creating a strong video games ecosystem in India. Under his leadership, the company also deepened its standing within Keywords Studios, where he also serves as Country Head for India. While stepping away from day-to-day leadership responsibilities, Manvendra Shukul will remain actively involved in the company's next phase. In his new role, he will continue to offer strategic guidance and support to the leadership team. Lakshya Digital expressed gratitude for Shukul's contributions and added, "Beyond Lakshya, he will continue to champion the Indian video game industry and represent Lakshya and Keywords Studios as a global voice for the region."
