The Talent Attraction / Marketing Manager role is a vital position within our team, driving our efforts to build strong pipelines of high-quality graduate talent that empower us to deliver at pace and meet customer demand. This role directly contributes to our national and international growth, supporting Grayce’s mission to attract high-quality graduate talent.
As Talent Attraction Manager, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement innovative strategies that appeal to our targeted demographic. Your efforts will ensure we remain ahead of market trends, positioning Grayce as an employer of choice for ambitious graduates. This role demands a proactive mindset, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to balance independent focus with collaborative teamwork to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and design new processes, create and implement best-practice ways of working to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Develop deep knowledge of Grayce’s quality standards for talent requirements across our development programme, ensure alignment with Grayce’s organisational goals.
- Manage and develop attraction partner relationships, develop and manage relationships with Grayce attraction partners. Ensure all content is engaging, relevant, and reflective of the opportunities available at Grayce. Proactively develop strategic partnerships with universities and third parties to ensure Grayce is visible in the areas that matter to emerging talent
- Recruitment Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure recruitment marketing campaigns to attract diverse and high-quality candidates for various positions. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify specific hiring needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Continuously research talent market trends and recommend innovative sourcing tools, techniques, and strategies to improve recruitment of quality talent and effective ways of working.
- Design and implement multi-channel sourcing processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage of target talent demographics.
- Content Creation: Write engaging and informative content for job advertisements, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns. Ensure that all content is compelling, relevant, and aligned with the company’s brand voice.
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing team to ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and brand alignment across all talent marketing activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employer events, webinars, and networking sessions to enhance brand awareness, engage with high calibre talent and position the Grayce as an employer of choice.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with universities, enhancing brand awareness and access to high-potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a professional, positive and engaging recruitment experience.
- Leverage data and analytics to report on recruitment performance, inform strategic decision-making, and ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively identify and escalate recruitment challenges to the Talent Director to ensure timely resolution.
- Undertake additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and objectives of the role, as requested by your manager.

- Ability to create eye catching job adverts and attraction campaigns
- MI reporting – ability to leverage reports to analyse attraction data, derive actionable insights, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in engaging and attracting emerging graduate talent through recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Strong understanding of talent attraction techniques, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and make data-backed decisions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn recruiter / talent solutions is a plus.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging recruitment marketing strategies.
Salary and Benefits:
- 25 days of annual leave increasing with every year of service, capped at 30 days
- Office attendance: 3 days in central Manchester Office weekly with flexibility to travel to events when required
